WORKSHOP
Clown and clown are the same.
Traditional types appear in the circus.
The search involves clown dive in our own weaknesses and learn to project them on a compositional.
Toto develops a mechanical created from their own work on stage and as a teacher of the most diverse groups around the world. This method is intended for artists in general.
Raises a personal search for the humorous substance, while raising the issue of the scenic composition itself. Action systems work walk the philosophical path based on their intelligence and fragile inept clown.
We can all look into our humorous fiber.
In this workshop a game or action-reaction machinery and clownish dialogue proposed, to which Toto called Cascade, where the basic clown improvisation on stage track rules are learned. The work is completed by the individual and group search item clown.
Those interested in showing their number, will be able to do so during the course of the seminar and at a time to be agreed with Toto.
 
TOTO CASTIÑEIRAS
It is Argentina and is part of Cirque du Soleil since 2004.
Currently it is central clown in "Quidam" master of improvisation and clown supervisor in Cirque du Soleil. He teaches pure theatrical genres (neutral mask, tragedy, clown, commedia dell'arte, clown, melodrama). Train circus artists for action. It is also audition scout, having coordinated the latest auditions in Buenos Aires in 2012, among others.
For this company he created two routines which toured North America, South America, Asia, Oceania, Europe and the Middle East. He presented his work in more than 35 countries around the world.
Toto worked as an actor in theater and as a clown individually and as part of various companies.
As director of his own company he wrote and directed six shows. He received several awards and distinctions. His sole "Finimondo" was represented by five seasons in Argentina and Latin Americans, national and international festivals. It was revived in 2010 in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Theatre to rave reviews.
His last works in Argentina, "Finimondo" (2010-2013), "The Fright 1813" (2012-2013). For both distinguished by José María Vilches Award, among others.
Currently undergoing testing his new one-man "Ravenous and Melancholy" and two new works with his company in Buenos Aires.

El objetivo de la entrevista es conocerse y despejar dudas.
Las entrevistas se realizarán la primeras semanas de Marzo y se solicitan desde mediados de Febrero al mail totocastineiras@gmail.com 

El taller es físico. Es necesario el uso de rodilleras y de la indumentaria que se crea necesaria para el mismo. En principio ropa cómoda y calzado deportivo.

INTÉRPRETE FÍSICO
Dramaturgia corporal 
El cuerpo es arte visual, músical y literario.
Cada actor estructura estos elementos dentro de sus propias posibilidades corporales.
Conociendo dichas posibilidades y sin tener certeza sobre ninguna de ellas, el actor interpreta: atribuye un significado determinado a tal o cual cosa.
El intérprete físico es un sistema expresivo corporal que posa sus soportes en la abstracción.

El trabajo es individual y grupal. El objetivo es la creación de un pulso común, la interacción y el diálogo Plantear un cuerpo presente en el espacio. Peso, tensión, calidad, fuerza, velocidad, dinámica. El encuentro con un cuerpo alerta para la improvisación. La acción y la no acción se armonizan en una cuerda que es el conflicto.

Este seminario es un espacio de cuestionamiento, trabajo sobre el problema, intercambio artístico y pensamiento en relación al hecho escénico. Cada momento desde principio a fin es una excusa para hacerse presente y poético.
Se encararán textos de Copi entre otros. Se trabajarán monólogos y escenas.

TOTO CASTIÑEIRAS 
Es argentino y forma parte del Cirque du Soleil desde el año 2004. 

Actualmente es clown central en “Quidam”, maestro de improvisación y supervisor en clown del Cirque du Soleil. Es docente de géneros teatrales puros (máscara neutra, tragedia, bufón, commedia dell’arte, clown, melodrama). Entrena artistas circenses para la actuación. También es scout en audiciones, habiendo coordinado las últimas audiciones en Buenos Aires en el 2012, entre otras.

Para dicha compañía creó dos rutinas con las cuales recorrió Norteamerica, Sudamerica, Asia, Oceanía, Europa y Medio Oriente. Presentó su trabajo en mas de 35 países alrededor del mundo.

Toto trabajó como actor en teatro y como clown en forma individual y formando parte de diversas compañías. 
Como director de su propia compañía escribió y dirigió seis espectáculos. Recibió varios premios y distinciones. 
Su unipersonal “Finimondo” se representó por cinco temporadas en Argentina y para festivales iberoamericanos, nacionales e internacionales. Se reestrenó en 2010 en el teatro porteño Metropolitan con excelentes críticas.

Sus últimas obras en Argentina: “Finimondo” (2010-2013), “El Susto 1813” (2012-2013).
Por ambas distinguido por el Premio José María Vilches, entre otros.

Actualmente en proceso de ensayos de su nuevo unipersonal “Voraz y Melancólico” y dos nuevas obras con su compañía en Buenos Aires.

TALLER
Clown y payaso son lo mismo.
Los tipos tradicionales aparecen en el circo. 

La búsqueda del clown implica bucear en nuestros propios puntos débiles y aprender a proyectarlos de forma compositiva.

Toto desarrolla una mecánica creada a partir de su propio trabajo en escena y como docente de los más diversos grupos alrededor del mundo.
 Dicho método está destinado a artistas en general. 

Plantea una búsqueda personal de la propia sustancia humorística, a la vez que plantea la problemática de la composición escénica.
 Se trabajan sistemas de acción andando el camino filosófico del payaso basado en su inepta y frágil inteligencia.

Todos somos capaces de indagar en nuestra fibra humorística. 

En este taller se propone un juego o maquinaria de acción-reacción y diálogo clownesco, a lo que Toto llama Cascada, donde se aprenden las reglas básicas para la improvisación del payaso en la pista escena. 
El trabajo se completa con la búsqueda individual y grupal del elemento clown.

Aquellos interesados en mostrar su número, tendrán la posibilidad de hacerlo durante el transcurso del seminario y en un momento a convenir con Toto.
